Project snapshot: This beautiful home located in The Preserve in Greenwood Village demonstrates what LIME does best—high-end custom painting and coatings. LIME had the pleasure of restoring the trim, shutters, and siding in addition to the wooden deck. We also restored the stone patios, concrete driveway, and stone siding as well as retuck-pointed the grout prior to sealing. LIME's team also used plenty of oil-based stain around the home, including on the wooden service doors, siding, the entry door, and overhangs. Inside the mulitple garages, LIME grinded the garage floors and applied a high performance epoxy coating to complement the luxury vehicles. This project was extensive and required expertise, to say the least. We were able to show off our complex skill set. Working with these homeowners was a treat for LIME and our team is humbled they chose to #GETLIMED®!
