About This Project:
Project snapshot: LIME worked diligently with the homeowner and the builder to find the perfect tone of oil-based stain to complement the natural features of the beetle kill wood used throughout the interior and exterior of this Castle Pines property located off one of the greens at the Castle Pines Country Club. This home was truly a custom new build and the features throughout the property don’t disappoint. LIME stained the trim boards, casings, doors, cabinets, beams, and pillars throughout the interior as well as the entire exterior siding, trim, decking, railings, and board overhang ceilings. LIME also painted all of the pulled trowel texture walls and ceilings throughout the interior. This was one of many successful partnerships with Sterling Custom Homes spanning the entire interior and exterior of the property. The products used on both the interior and exterior will stand the test of time.
